Notice of Intention: IGEACARE

IgeaCare Systems Inc. has filed a Notice of Intention to File a Proposal with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy in Canada. This is similar to a Chapter 11 process in the United States. BDO Dunwoody Limited is the appointed Proposal Trustee.
Please be advised of the above situation with regard to your sale of IgeaCare products.
Toshiba TSD has initiated a search for a company to fill any potential product gaps. We will keep you updated with any further information and when the IgeaCare direction is made public.
